We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please explore links on the right side of the page under 'Travel Insurance' to consider their options for your travel protection needs!


All prices include:

RT airfare from Salt Lake City, hotels, bus transportation, breakfast each day for most tours, (some maids, bellboys tips), entrances to ruins and other included attractions.

What is not included:
Meals not included on itinerary
Some tips, snacks, souvenirs, car rentals, etc.

Winter trips are for adults only unless otherwise specified.

June tours students are welcome with at least one parent present.




Refund/ cancellation policy

**Forfeit $100.00 of deposit per person if cancelled 120 days or

more before trip date. Note: If airfare is already ticketed (you will know

in advance if yours is), you will receive airfare credit plus refund less $100

if cancelled 120 days or more before trip)


Plus

**Forfeit of full cost of airfare (varies by tour) per person if cancelled 60-120 days

before tour date (Exception: If trip can be sold, $150.00-$250.00 per person

forfeiture fee will apply) Airline tickets will be paid for by this time and you may be

able to receive airline credit to spend at a future date (exception: interior flights in

Peru--These are non refundable)


**No refund if cancelled within 60 days before trip date if your
trip cannot be sold.


Peru cancellation:  (These involve interior flights)


**Forfeit of $100 of deposit per person if cancelled 120 days or more before trip date.

**Forfeit 25% of tour total if cancelled within 120 days prior to trip.  (If replacement not found)


**Forfeit of full cost of airfare (varies) per person if cancelled 60-120

days before tour date (Exception: If trip can be sold, $150.00-$250.00

per person forfeiture airline change fee will apply) Airline tickets will

be paid for by this time.

 Note:  We will make every effort possible to sell your trip in the case
of cancellation.  We sometimes have a waiting list, but do not guarantee that we can sell your trip, especially on short notice.  In the event
that we cannot find someone to buy your trip, you are welcome to 
find someone to sell to.
